About Gedney Seasonal Services

The hardwood ridges around Breitung Charter Township keep two different calendars: one that ends in a blaze of maple red, and one that opens the morning the first real squall comes down over the highlands. Gedney Seasonal Services keeps both. Snow gets pushed back from driveways and parking areas while it is still coming down, and when the melt finally has Fumee Creek talking again, the mower comes out for the season's first cut. There is a plain satisfaction in a driveway opened at five in the morning and in a lawn edged crisp in July, and it turns out to be the same satisfaction either way. Dickinson County asks for both, so both are what gets done.
