About Allen Family Lawn Care

In Brampton the June light hangs on past ten, and there is still time after supper to finish a lawn properly. Allen Family Lawn Care mows, trims and edges along the Delta County farm roads, where a hayfield and a yard often meet on the same fence line. The soil here runs to sand and cedar shade, so the work is patient: an even cut, a straight line down the drive, clippings kept off the walk. Spring and fall cleanups take out the winter litter and the maple drop before the ground stiffens again. What stays behind is a yard that looks tended from the road, which on a long northern evening is exactly the point.
