About Haley Irrigation, Inc.

By late October the north wind has stripped most of the color out of Boyne City and the grass has slowed down to almost nothing. That is when Haley Irrigation, Inc. makes the last passes of the year — a final low cut, leaves lifted off the turf, beds tidied before the ground locks. The rest of the season runs on steady mowing and trimming across the sandy, quick-draining ground that lies back from the shore. Holding a lawn green here through a dry July takes attention more than luck. There is something clean about a yard put away right in the fall, waiting under the snow for April.
