Boon sits up in the hardwood hills west of Cadillac, where the Manistee National Forest begins and the roads roll instead of running straight. III Seasons Lawn Care mows those uneven yards — the ones that slope away to a treeline and end in fern — keeping trims tight around stumps, mailboxes and woodpiles. October turns the ridges copper and drops a whole season onto the grass at once; cleanup takes it off before frost pins it down.
