Cole Lawn & Leaf

About Cole Lawn & Leaf

There is one blustery afternoon every November when the wind comes across Poppleton Park and takes the last of the oak leaves in a single go. Cole Lawn & Leaf works both halves of that year — the weekly mowing that runs from April to the frost, and the leaf clearing that follows it right out to the curb. A finished cleanup leaves a yard opened up again, lines visible, nothing matted into the turf to sit there all winter. In summer it is simpler: cut, trim, edge, clear the clippings, come back next week. Birmingham gives you a great many trees per square foot, which is a pleasure in October and a job to be done by December.
