About Louie’s Landscaping Inc

October in Monroe County's Berlin Charter Township smells like cut grass and lake water at the same time, and by four o'clock the light is running long across the fields. Louie's Landscaping Inc. is out in it — the last mowings, trimming and edging, cleanup hauled away — right up to the day the work changes over to plowing drives and clearing walkways. That changeover is not gradual here; a wind off Erie can decide it overnight. Handling both halves means the same properties get the same treatment in July and in January. A sharp edge in the fall and an open driveway in the winter come from exactly the same habit of showing up.
