545 Lawn Care

About 545 Lawn Care

Southfield is laid out in mile roads, one after another like lines ruled on a page, and the yards between them each keep their own small handwriting. 545 Lawn Care reads that handwriting for a living — mowing, edging and trimming through the green months, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the pavement turns white. Summer mornings begin with dew still silvering the blades; December mornings begin in the dark with a scraped path already waiting by the time anyone reaches for a coat. There is real satisfaction in a lawn that stops in one clean line at the sidewalk, and in a driveway a homeowner walks out onto without thinking twice about it. One property at a time, up and down the same familiar grid.
