About State Line Property Management LLC

There is a road along the south edge of Bedford Township that is also a border: Michigan on one shoulder, Ohio on the other, and in winter the snow declines to notice the difference. State Line Property Management works that seam, opening lots and drives from Temperance and Lambertville down to the line itself. Flat country like this gives the wind a long unbroken run, so a drift will come back across a cleared lot like it has somewhere to be, and the answer is simply to go again. An entrance that stays open all night, a walkway a person crosses without thinking about it — that is what the small hours are for. Snow removal, storm by storm, for the properties on either side of that road.
