About Turf Workz

Turf is a material before it is a view, a living surface that gets walked on, played on, parked beside, and expected to look composed anyway. Turf Workz treats a Bay City lawn that way: cut at a height the grass can carry through August, trimmed at every edge, striped in passes that catch the low evening sun the way a ball field does. Around here the land is level and the light travels a long way, so a good mow reads from the far end of the block. Spring cleanup opens the year, weekly cutting carries it, and leaf work closes it out before the ground hardens. What is left behind is a surface, not just a chore finished.
