T & L

About T & L

There is a week in May when Bay City lawns wake up matted, the snow mold gone but the thatch layer thick as felt and the new grass straining to get up through last year's. T & L - Affordable Lawn Care Service pulls that layer out, dethatching down to soil so water and air reach the roots again, then raking the debris off and carting it away. What follows is a summer of steady mowing and trimming across Frankenlust and Portsmouth Township, where the ground lies flat and heavy and rewards a lawn that can finally breathe. The difference shows by June: deeper color, fewer thin patches, a yard that stands up instead of lying down. It is the least glamorous week of the year and the one that sets up all the rest.
