NMI Lawn & Snow Removal

About NMI Lawn & Snow Removal

North of Bay City the land flattens out toward Kawkawlin and Linwood, and in winter there is nothing out there to slow the wind; it comes across the open fields and rebuilds a drift over a driveway an hour after the driveway was cleared. NMI Lawn & Snow Removal works those dark hours, headlights full of falling snow, the drive opened and salted before anyone has to think about it. Plowing here is less an event than a conversation with the weather, carried on all night and picked up again at first light. In the warm months the same routes turn green and the work becomes mowing, trimming and keeping the edges tidy against the gravel and the field grass. Two seasons, one habit: the ground stays passable and the yard stays kept.
