About American Pride Property Maintenance

Every summer the riverbank fills with lawn chairs for the fireworks, and half of Bay City spends that week making its yard presentable. American Pride Property Maintenance keeps up that end of things — mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while the season is green, then plowing, walkway clearing and ice control once the bay turns gray. The valley's summers come humid and fast-growing; its winters come open and windy, with snow crossing the flats in long white ribbons. Both call for showing up on the day you said you would. A cut lawn in August and a cleared drive in January are the same promise, kept twice a year.
