About Upston's Lawn and Garden, LLC.

By late October the maples around Minges Brook have let go, and every yard in Battle Creek is ankle-deep in a color it never asked for. Upston's Lawn and Garden, LLC. moves through that turning — mowing while the grass still asks for it, trimming and edging so the yard keeps its outline under the leaves. Winter follows quickly here, and the work becomes plowing driveways and clearing walks so a garden gate is reachable again in February. There is a whole year inside one yard if you are paying attention: the first green blade, the high summer cut, the last mow, the first push of the blade. Battle Creek delivers all four, right on schedule.
