About Heystek Lawn Care, LLC

The Kalamazoo runs slow and brown-green along the west side of town, and yards backing onto it stay green for weeks after the high ground has given up. Heystek Lawn Care, LLC mows both kinds — the river lots that never really quit growing and the sun-baked ones that need a lighter hand come August. Trimming along fences, an edge at the walk, clippings cleared off the drive: the finish is the part people actually see from the street. Spring and fall cleanups bracket the season, leaves off the turf before winter sets in over it. Around Battle Creek, a lawn kept on a schedule is simply one less thing on somebody's list.
