About Property Management Solutions

Baldwin sits in the jack pine and hardwood of the Manistee National Forest, with the Pere Marquette running cold and clear right past town. Winters here are long and generous with snow, and Property Management Solutions plows and clears through them: cabin drives back in the trees, village walks, the lots that have to be open whether anyone is up north that week or not. There is something good about breaking trail down a snowed-in two-track and leaving a wide, clean drive behind you. Come summer the same properties get mowed and trimmed, the grass kept back from the pines and the sand. Seasonal cleanup work makes the change official.
