About Mr Woods Outdoor Services LLC

Morning fog sits in the low ground of Athens Township until the sun burns it off the corn, and then the whole township opens up: square miles of field, oak windbreaks, farmhouse lawns set back behind long gravel drives. Mr Woods Outdoor Services LLC mows those big open yards, the kind that take real time and a straight eye to look right. Trimming around mailbox posts, fence lines and outbuildings is where a lawn out here is won or lost. Come November the leaves are raked and hauled and the grass goes under clean; come April the same yards get the sticks and matting pulled off so the green comes up even. It is plain work, and it shows plainly, which is the pleasure of it.
