About Triple S Properties LLC

By April the ice is off the ditches along US-23 heading south toward Black River, and the lawns come out of the cold flattened, gray and full of grit. Triple S Properties LLC starts right there — the spring cleanup that rakes out the road sand and the fallen branches and gives the grass room to stand back up — then holds a mowing schedule from the first green flush through the last warm week. Trimming, edging along drives and walks, and a fall cleanup close the loop. Coastal yards on this stretch take a beating from wind and salt spray, which makes the recovery all the more visible. Watching a beat-up spring lawn turn into an even summer one is the most satisfying part of the job.
