About Property Preservation Specialists Llc.

Half the houses along this shore go quiet after Labor Day — curtains drawn, water shut off, an owner four hundred miles south wondering how the place is faring. Property Preservation Specialists Llc. keeps an eye on those and on the year-round homes too, mowing and trimming and edging through the season, running the cleanups in spring and fall, then plowing the drive and shoveling the walks all winter so a house never looks abandoned. A cleared driveway in February does more than let a car in; it tells the street that somebody is paying attention. Grass kept even, walks kept passable, the property looking like it is in use. When June brings the owners back, the yard is ready and the key turns on a place that was looked after.
