D&A Landscapes

About D&A Landscapes

Winter arrives in Almena Township from the west, off the big lake, in bands that turn the county-line roads white while the sun is still shining over Mattawan. D&A Landscapes works both ends of that year: plowing the drives and lots that wander back through the oak woods, then coming around again in May to mow, trim and edge the same ground once it greens up. There is a particular satisfaction in a driveway opened before the first commuter has finished a cup of coffee. The vineyard rows and blueberry fields out here hold their lines all season long; a yard can hold its own line too. Snow removal and lawn care, one township road at a time.
