AK Lawn and Snow

About AK Lawn and Snow

Allendale wakes early along 68th Avenue, and in winter it wakes to headlights and a blade. AK Lawn and Snow works the dark hour before the first school bus, opening driveways down to bare pavement so nobody has to guess where the concrete ends. Salt goes at the step and along the walk, where a whole morning is most easily ruined. Come April the same routes turn green, and the mower brings the sandy Ottawa County turf down to an even, honest height. There is real satisfaction in a drive cleared corner to corner and a lawn cut so the lines run true.
