About JRB Properties Management LLC

Allegan sits on hills above the river, which means every driveway in town has an opinion about winter. JRB Properties Management LLC works those grades in the dark hours, plowing, shoveling out entries and stairs, and laying salt where meltwater runs downhill and freezes again. Lots near the fairgrounds and the streets climbing up from downtown all get the same treatment: cleared to the edges, not just a lane through the middle. When a storm comes through overnight, the routes start early enough that the first car out finds pavement. It is cold, unglamorous work, and there is real satisfaction in finishing before the town wakes.
