About MownPro

US-23 traces the shoreline through Alcona, and in March a late storm can still come down that road on a north wind and bury the cottages one more time. MownPro answers winter's last word the same way it answered its first, clearing driveways and walks so the final snows of the year don't linger. The name points toward summer, but for now the work is pushing drives open, clearing the steps, and cleaning up the heavy, wet snow that spring storms leave behind. When the sun breaks through over the lake, the lot is clear and the first bare grass is just showing at its edges, a promise of what comes next.
