Grass, Dirt, Snow Sales & Service

About Grass, Dirt, Snow Sales & Service

Alba is a small crossroads in the hardwood hills of northern Antrim County, ringed by state forest where the maples leaf out almost all at once in late spring. Grass, Dirt, Snow Sales & Service keeps the lawns of this up-north community mown and tidy once the ground finally warms. The name lays the year out plainly, grass, dirt, snow, and in summer the grass comes first: mowing from green-up into fall, trimming along drives and outbuildings, yards kept sharp against the woods behind them. Northern Michigan summers are short and golden, with cool nights and long evenings, and a fresh-cut lawn is where those evenings get spent.
