About Adams Property Management Services LLC

Adams township still runs on the old square-mile grid, gravel roads drawn straight between hayfields and windbreaks of sugar maple. Adams Property Management Services LLC keeps the lawns tucked inside that grid — farmhouse dooryards, the newer places set back behind a screen of pines. Summer comes on fast out here; heat lifts off the gravel by nine, and grass puts on an inch overnight after a July storm. Mowing, trimming and edging go on until a yard reads clean against the open field behind it, one honest line where the cutting stops and the county begins. In October the leaves come off the maples all at once, and the cleanup work follows them right down the road.
