Woodstock is really a handful of villages tucked into the Oxford hills — Bryant Pond above its lake, North Woodstock, the road climbing away toward Bethel. Korhonen keeps the lawns scattered among them: mowing through the growing season, trimming close where a mower can't reach, edging walks and drives, mulching beds, and clearing yards in spring and again after the leaves let go. Hill-country lots are rarely flat and almost never square, so the work is as much about reading ground as cutting it. Nothing looks better up here than a mown yard with the woods standing right at its edge — the line between kept and wild, drawn sharp. Holding that line is the whole job, and it's worth doing well.
