Creation Landscapes

About Creation Landscapes

On June mornings the Penobscot runs wide and unhurried past Winn, and fog rises off it as the sun climbs over the woods on the far bank. Creation Landscapes works the lawns of this river town along Route 2, mowing and tidying yards that sit between the water and the long northern forest. Grass up here wakes late in spring and then grows like it is making up for lost time, so keeping after it is half the craft. Every finished lawn has a crisp edge and an even nap, the kind of yard that makes a passing truck on Route 2 slow down for a second look.
