About Cunningham Property Services

Winter mornings in Farmington start dark, with the lights on the Titcomb slope glowing across the valley and everything below them buried. Cunningham Property Services is out ahead of that daylight — plowing driveways and lots, clearing walkways and entries, and running the route again when the wind refills what was opened. Come May the same properties want mowing, trimming, edging and a spring cleanup to undo the sand and grit of the months before, with a fall leaf haul to close the year out. The work reaches through Farmington and into Wilton, New Sharon, Industry, Temple and Strong. Whatever the season, the measure is the same: can you get in and out of your own yard, and does it look right when you do.
