About CP Property Services LLC

A Waterboro year asks two very different things of a property, and CP Property Services LLC handles both ends of it. Out on the East Waterboro flats and along the Route 202 corridor, summer means mowing on a schedule, edges cut sharp, trimming around posts and walls, and the cleanups that bookend the growing season. Winter turns those same driveways into another job entirely: plowing, clearing lots, shoveling walks, spreading sand and salt where the afternoon melt refreezes overnight. The pleasure is in the continuity — which drive has the culvert that will catch a blade, which lawn holds water in April. One property, all year, with the same eye on it in July and in January.
