About Mitchell Tree Service LLC

Sumner is hill-and-hollow country, its villages of East and West Sumner tucked into the folds of western Maine with farms and woodlots spread between. Mitchell Tree Service LLC clears driveways around town when the hill roads fill in, plowing and removing snow so homes stay reachable. Snow in these hills drifts across the open stretches and piles deep in the shady hollows, so no two storms leave quite the same mess. The job is to undo it: a drive scraped down to gravel, the banks rolled back, and a turnaround cleared for the oil truck. As the late-afternoon light goes pink over the ridges, the way home is open again.
