About J.L.P. Services

March in Knightville arrives sideways — sleet off the harbor, the Casco Bay Bridge lit gray, slush freezing into ruts by dark. J.L.P. Services works South Portland through weather like that, plowing driveways, clearing walks, and coming back around when the city plow throws a bank across the apron. Six weeks later those same yards want a first cut, and the trimmer goes around the mailbox posts and the chain-link until the place looks like itself again. Either season, it is straightforward work: open the drive, cut the grass, leave the property better than it looked an hour ago. Snow removal and lawn care for the streets between the bridge and the beach.
