Come June the back roads toward Hartland run between hayfields, and everything green in Saint Albans is growing at once. Sunnydale Farms mows and maintains lawns through that rush, keeping pace with grass that can put on an inch in a single warm week of rain. The routine is steady and unfussy — cut, trim, edge, clear the clippings, and be back before it gets away again. There's a plain pleasure in a fresh-mown lawn with the smell still hanging in the air and the mower cooling off in the shade. Around here, that's what a Saturday is supposed to look like.
