ASAP Lawn Care

About ASAP Lawn Care

Back Cove empties out at low tide and the whole city seems to exhale with it, and that is the hour ASAP Lawn Care is already moving, trucks out along Baxter Boulevard before the walkers are. Summer means mowing and edging the tight Portland lots where a lawn is measured in feet rather than acres and every line has to be exact, because the neighbors are close enough to read it. Autumn means leaves off the grass and out of the storm drains before the first hard rain finds them. Winter turns the same routes into plowing and shoveling, sand down on the brick and the bluestone, driveways opened before the commute reaches Forest Avenue. The name is about speed; the work is about showing up while the city is still dark.
