Pangburn's Property Management

About Pangburn's Property Management

Orono winters have a habit of thawing at midday and locking up again by four, and that hour is where driveways get dangerous. Pangburn's Property Management works against it — plowing drives down to the pavement so meltwater has somewhere to go, shoveling the walk and steps down clean, then treating with salt or sand before the temperature drops back. A storm night means going out more than once, because a drift can erase good work in twenty minutes. It is cold, plain, unglamorous labor in the dark beside the rivers. The reward arrives at daybreak: an open drive, a safe way to the door, one less thing on anybody's mind.
