About Mainely Property Services

October on the Cape is Robinson Woods gone copper and Great Pond throwing mist at sunrise, and then, all at once, a yard buried in leaves. Mainely Property Services works that turn — mowing right up until the grass quits, then raking, blowing and carting until the lawn is bare and ready. Snow follows soon enough, and with it the plow routes, the shoveled steps, the sand scattered on the slope that glazes over every year in the same spot. Spring brings the whole thing back around: cleanup, the season's opening mow, edges reestablished along beds and walks. It is steady care for Cape Elizabeth properties, measured out in seasons rather than single visits.
