About Sunset Knoll Landscaping & Greenhouses

Coastal fog sits over Nobleboro until nine some mornings, then lifts off the fields all at once and the day arrives. Sunset Knoll Landscaping & Greenhouses starts underneath it — routes laid out, trimmers fueled, mulch on the trailer for the beds that want refreshing. Growing plants and keeping lawns run on one instinct: watch the water, watch the light, make the small correction early. Through the middle of the year it is the weekly cut, the edging, the trimming; at either end it is the spring cleanup and the fall leaf work that decides how March will look. Summer traffic streams up Route 1 past yards that seem, from a car window, entirely at ease.
