About Katahdin Property Services, LLC

Monroe's hills roll inland from Penobscot Bay in long, easy folds of pasture and hardwood, with Marsh Stream threading the low ground between them. Katahdin Property Services mows lawns across this corner of Waldo County, starting when the lilacs open beside the old farmhouses and the grass suddenly wants attention every week. A May lawn here grows as if it has been holding its breath since November. The answer is steady mowing and sharp trim lines along stone walls, walkways and drive edges, until a property looks looked-after from the road. By midsummer the yard becomes something the owners simply stop worrying about, which is exactly the point.
