About MJ'S property services

There is a stretch of days in Minot when the last mowing of the year sets under frost and the tools in the truck bed quietly swap ends — the mower eased back, the plow made ready. MJ's Property Services keeps to the rolling inland hills and orchard back roads of this quiet Androscoggin town, running lawns clean and even down the long light of summer, then breaking open snow-packed driveways while the valley is still dark. There is a plain pride in a lawn edged straight to the gravel, and in a dooryard cleared wide enough to back the car out before the plows have touched the county road. Season after season, it is steady care — the summer mowing, the winter clearing — given back to the same familiar yards.
