About Affordable Property Services

Millinocket was laid out in straight lines under a mountain, and Katahdin still watches the whole grid from the north end of every street. Affordable Property Services keeps those properties in order all the way around the calendar — mowing, trimming and cleanups through the short bright summer, plowing and sanding once the town settles into the cold. Snow up here does not so much fall as accumulate, week on week, until the banks stand higher than a truck hood. Opening a driveway down to bare pavement in that kind of winter is a genuine victory, and it happens before most people are awake. Serving Millinocket, East Millinocket and Medway.
