About Minuteman Properties, Inc.

Livermore Falls wakes early, and its storefronts and lots have to be ready before the first customer turns in off the Main Street corner. Minuteman Properties, Inc. plows on that clock — through the night, ahead of the opening hour, then back again when a storm catches its second wind. Lots are cleared corner to corner, entrances and sidewalks opened, and snow stacked where it won't swallow the parking spaces it just came out of. The house drives on the hill above the river get the same handling. A mill town knows the difference between plowed and plowed right.
