Green's Tree Service

About Green's Tree Service

Fog comes in over Lincolnville Beach on September mornings and sits until the ferry has made two runs to Islesboro, while up in the hills the Ducktrap woods stay dripping past noon. Green's Tree Service works both halves of the town — shore lots where salt and wind take the tops out of spruce, and ridge places under the Camden Hills where hardwood grows tall and heavy. Pruning opens a bay view without stripping away the shelter that keeps a house warm; removals take out what has gone hollow or hung up in a gale. Northeasters bring the cleanup calls, and there is something to be said for a driveway open again before the road crew comes through. Lincolnville, Northport, Camden, Hope, Searsmont and Belfast are the neighborhood.
