About TITAN Property Services

January nights on the high ground above the Saco valley get loud — wind working across open fields, the storm packing snow into the end of every driveway in Limington. TITAN Property Services meets it with plow trucks and a route that runs until the last property is open. Drives and lots cleared wide, banks pushed back to keep sightlines at the road, walks and entries shoveled, sand and salt where ice sets up beneath the pack. Long storms get return trips, because a single pass rarely finishes a Maine night. Morning ought to look like the weather was somebody else's problem.
