About Gervais Fence

In July the Aroostook light hangs on past nine, and the ground west of Limestone goes white with potato blossom while the lawns in between hold deep green. Gervais Fence keeps those lawns on a schedule that suits a short and generous northern summer: mowing, trimming around posts, rails and outbuildings, edging along walks and drives. Grass grows hard and fast this far north for a few brief months, and it wants a steady hand rather than an occasional rescue. Cleanups bracket the season at either end. A cut lawn set against all that open field is a good thing to come home to.
