Vivid Lawn & Landscape

About Vivid Lawn & Landscape

By late September the Mousam runs low over the old mill dams downtown and the maples above the water start showing off. Vivid Lawn & Landscape spends its year on the season's other color — that deep, even green a lawn holds when it has been mowed on time all summer and never scalped. Weekly cuts, tight trim lines, edges drawn along drive and walk, beds kept open so the shape of a property reads from the street. Then come the long autumn cleanups, the leaf hauling, the final low cut that sends the turf into winter looking finished. Kennebunk shows best when somebody has been paying attention, and that is the entire idea.
