About Peter A Lyford Inc

Hermon wakes up along the Route 2 corridor, where the exit ramps feed a string of businesses that have to be open by seven no matter what fell overnight. Peter A Lyford Inc keeps those approaches clear — plowing lots, opening loading areas, cutting walkways down to bare surface and sanding wherever traffic has packed it slick. Storms out here rarely announce themselves politely; they come sideways off open ground and keep coming. So the plows go back out, and again, until the last drift sits where it belongs. There is pride in a parking lot that looks like the storm simply skipped it.
