Wilkinson's Seasonal Services

About Wilkinson's Seasonal Services

Snow usually finds Gray in the middle of the night, coming up from the coast and thickening as it climbs past the village common. Wilkinson's Seasonal Services runs the winter on that schedule — plowing, shoveling walkways, sanding the last steep stretch to the door, storm after storm from the first white in November. Winters here are long enough that a place needs a plan rather than a phone call, and the work is set up to run that way. The measure of a job is what a driveway looks like at seven in the morning: opened wide, corners cut square, room to turn around. After that, the day belongs to whoever lives there.
