Curtis Lawn & Yard Care works the yards above that shoreline all year, mowing, trimming, edging and clearing leaves while the season allows, then plowing, shoveling, sanding and salting once it does not. Coastal winters here trade snow for rain and back again, which puts a premium on getting ice off a walkway before the next freeze. In summer the same driveways come up green right to the edge, cut sharp where lawn meets gravel. One town, two entirely different jobs, and both worth doing carefully.
