About Regalado Masonry & Home Improvements

January in Fairfield arrives under a haze off the open stretches of the Kennebec, and the farm roads out toward Clinton drift over faster than anything in town. Regalado Masonry & Home Improvements handles snow removal through those months — plowing driveways and lots, shoveling walkways, and spreading sand and salt on the packed spots that go glassy at dusk. A north wind here will rebuild a drift twice in an afternoon, so the job is as much about coming back as about showing up. Blue cold, hard light, exhaust hanging in the air: winter work has a look to it. By the time the sun clears the trees, the pavement is bare and the day can start.
