About CS Property Maintenance LLC

Late afternoon light comes low and gold across the river fields in Eliot, and the mowers are usually still going. CS Property Maintenance LLC keeps the summer round — weekly cutting, close work along fences and posts, edges cut in at the walks, and cleanups at both ends of the growing year. When the calendar turns, the same properties go over to winter work: plowing, shoveling steps and entries, and treating ice before it has a chance to set. Knowing a place in both seasons makes for better work in each, because you learn where water sits and where wind piles things up. Along Sturgeon Creek and the roads above it, that knowledge shows in the finish.
