About Lakewood Tree Experts

Ropes go up before anything comes down, and that is most of the job on the Durham hillsides, where houses sit close to barns and the ground falls away toward the Androscoggin. Lakewood Tree Experts spends August in those places, thinning a heavy oak canopy so a breeze can move through the yard, roping down a pine that outgrew its spot beside the house, cutting a leaner off a fence line. In fall the gales funnel up the river valley and the calls turn to storm damage: brush across the drive, a limb hung over the mailbox, a crown dumped into the garden. Every job ends the same way, with the chips raked up, the lawn showing again, and the view back toward the white chapel on Beulah Hill unobstructed. Durham, Lisbon Falls, Auburn, Pownal and Brunswick are all within a short haul.
