About AP Generator

Dixmont sits up high, and on a clear July afternoon you can watch weather cross three towns before it ever reaches your own hayfield. AP Generator keeps lawns here through the growing season — mowing, string trimming, edging around dooryards and outbuildings, and clearing off the leaves and limbs when the year turns. Grass on this ridge comes on fast in June and slows through the dry weeks of August, so the work follows what the field is actually doing rather than a calendar. The reward is plain enough: an even cut running right up to the tree line and a crisp line where the lawn stops and the wild grass takes over. Up here, that edge is the whole difference between a yard and a pasture.
